She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cook and Alice Cook (Strobel); her husband Everett A. Baker; her son Ted Duane Baker; and her siblings, William Cook, Robert Cook, James Strobel and Kay Weiss.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pat (David Netzley) and Pam (Howard Forthofer); her grandsons, Scott Forthofer (Sara) of Dummerston, VT, Ben Forthofer (Christy) of Greenville, Mark Forthofer (Kailyn) of Springboro and Dan Netzley (Andrea) of Fort Lee, VA; her sister Shirley Williams of Greenville; and her sister-in-law Betty Cook. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
