He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy V. and Bessie Wagner Sr. (Hale); and his brother Eugene Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Judith C. Wagner (Hausser); his children, Christopher, Laurie Wagner of Ypsilanti, Sara and Derek Koon of Ludlow Falls; and his grandsons, Alexander Koon and Matthew Koon.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will be observing social distancing and masking measures.
