He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Kolsky and Deloris Kolsky (Long); his wife Michelle "Mickie" Kolsky (Gelder); his brother Ken Kolsky; and his sisters-in-law, Kimberly Kolsky and Nancy Kolsky.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel Mroz of Wilmington, Stacy Smith (Justin) of Sidney, Shane Sloan (Stephanie) of Albany and Jody Cline of Greenville; his brothers, Larry Kolsky (Sandra) of Springfield, Rob Kolsky of Troy and Alan Kolsky of Troy, Ohio; and his close friend Carla Robbins of Greenville. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
