He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hart (O'Connor); his children, Brian O., Kathleen Hart, Jennifer J., Michael Stapleton and Christopher R. Hart; his grandchildren, Danielle Hart, Evan Hart and Anna Stapleton; and his brother-in-law John Yuricek. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
