He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Imogene Baltes and Robert E. Tamplin; and his uncle Jason Tamplin. He is survived by: his parents, Dana Wombold of Greenville and Robert Wayne Tamplin of Wayne Lakes, Ohio.; his children, Harmony, Jenson and Parker Tamplin; his siblings, Shawnee Rismiller of Greenville and Shawn Lehman of West Alexandria, Ohio; his grandparents, Darren Baltes of Mocksville and Sharon Roderick of Greenville; and his stepmother Dannette Tamplin of Wayne Lakes.
