It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ray Skinner of Greenville, Ohio, born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on September 1, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Skinner and Faye Skinner (Kauffman); and his brother Larry Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Skinner (Houdeshell); his children, Rick Skinner (Kris) of Richmond and Julie Skinner of Greenville; his grandchildren, Katelyn Skinner Hughes, Kyle Skinner and Brayden Skinner; and his sister Kay White of Laramie, Wyoming. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
