He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Greer and Pauline Greer (Matthews); his wife Arlene Greer (Hupe); and his son Steve Greer. He is survived by: his children, Terry, Ellen Greer (Engelke) of Kentucky, Tammy (Greer), Sam Force of Greenville, Rusty, LeAnn Greer (Williams) of Greenville, Chris and Joy (Slade) of Greenville; and his sister-in-law Sue Passon (Hupe) of Alabama. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren plus 1 on the way; and a brother-in-law.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Greenville Missionary Church.
