It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J O'Brien of Greenville, Ohio, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd R. O'Brien and Onda Lucille O'Brien (Fryman) of Coletown, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Jana S. O'Brien (Mason); his daughters, Julie C. Hicks (Darren P. Hicks) and Emily E. Kautz (William H. Kautz III); and his grandchildren, William M. Kautz and Olivia C. Kautz.

Memorial Contributions be given to the Brethren Retirement Community Resident's Aid Fund or the EverHeart Hospice of Greenville, Ohio.
