She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Hartley and Ruth Hartley (Westbrook); her former husband Tom Lawrence; her husband Floyd Whistler; her stepson Greg Whistler; and her siblings, Ronald Hartley and Becky Knight.
She is survived by: her stepson Mark; her daughter-in-law Martha Lawrence; and her nephews, Andy Knight (Beckisue) and Tom Knight (Simone). She is also survived by two great-nephews and a great-niece; and two step-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenville Township Memorial Gardens (8677 OH-118, Greenville, OH 45331).
Donations in Rayna's memory are suggested to the Darke County Park District or the Darke County Historical Society.
