He was predeceased by : his parents, Irving and Mary; his brothers, Lester "Butch" Yinger, Bob Yinger and Dick Yinger; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Yinger and Ron Kaffenberger; and his parents-in-law, Rachel Jones and Geroge Fourman.

He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Yinger (Fourman); his children, Tabitha Sager (Brian) of Arcanum, Shawn Fourman (Denise) of Greenville, Donald Fourman (Emily) of Greenville, Stephanie Storer (Craig) of Greenville, Raymond Yinger, Jr. of Lima, Richard L. (Kathleen) Yinger of Columbus Grove, Tina Tucker of Michigan and Mary Ann (Eura) West of Lima; his grandchildren, Trevor Fourman, Alexis Fourman (Marvin Eperson), Brianna Flory (Bryan), Caitlin Fourman, Brittany Grice (Brandon Ventresco) and Hailey Sager, Walter T. Woodruff, Richard Woodruff, Jasmine Yinger, Tanner Yinger, Kyra Yinger, Ethan Yinger, Brandon Yinger, Maliyah Yinger Damien Yinger, Anne-Marie Yinger, Darius West, Ashley Tucker; his siblings, Russell Yinger, Shirley Powers (Bill), Sharon Demongeot (Fred), Howard Yinger (Millie) and Dawn Kaffenberger; and his sister-in-law Sharon Frizzell (Lewis). He is also survived by his two great grandchildren.
