Starks of Muncie, IN; his stepchildren, Dana Ross (Jesse) of Arcanum and Wyatt Hildebrand (Sarah) of Richmond, IN; and his siblings, George Starks Jr., Tresea Baker (Daren) and Tiffany Morgan (Danny). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren.
