Hurd (Maddox); his children, Gwen Hurd of Greenville and Ralph; his daughter-in-law Denise Hurd Jr. of Greenville; his grandchildren, Leslie (Hurd), Derrick Hole, Christopher Smith, Brittany Coffman, Jarrett and Taylor Hurd; his great grandchild Aria Smith; and his sisters, Edith Perkins of Minnesota and Gloria (Terry Buckingham). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
