She was predeceased by: her parents, James Erwin and Mary Shafer; and her grandparents, Opal and Tom Shafer. She is survived by: her children, Mike Buteau (Pat Baker) of Greenville and Vickie Hembree (James) of Piqua, Ohio; her grandchildren, Michael Buteau, Jr. (Crissi) of Hollansburg, Christopher Buteau (Lacy) of New Madison, Crystal Buteau of Versailles, Adam Hembree (Shellie) of Covington, Josh Hembree (Sara) of Piqua and Stacey Poling (Marshall) of Piqua; and her sister Vernadale Irwin. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 4 great-great granchildren.
