He was predeceased by: his sister Heather Denise Bailey; and his grandparents, Paul, Blanche Bruss (Godown), Lester, Madge Bailey (White) and Dr. Jacques O'Hara.
He is survived by: his parents, Joe White Bailey and Wanda Bailey (Bruss) of Greenville; his sister Heidi Hutton (Donald Jr.) of Miamisburg; his niece Ruby Fae Hutton of Miamisburg; and his grandmother Patricia O'Hara of Blue Creek.
