With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Hope of Greenville, Ohio, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on February 23, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil M. Carpenter and Hilda A. Carpenter (Smith); her husband James Hope; her siblings, Gloria Jeane, Percy Carpenter and Perry Carpenter; and her great grandchild James Ryan Schlechty.
She is survived by: her children, Faith Hope, Marlenea (Randy Hood), Dawn Hope-Chapman (Dan) and Thomas (Terry Hope); her grandchildren, Jennifer and Craig Schlechty; her children, Ryan, Nicole Hope, Matt Fourman and Christopher Hope; her great grandchild Carl Schlechty; her grandchildren, Caleb Schlechty, Caden Schlechty, Adalyn Hope, James Matthew Hope, Payton Fourman and Parker Fourman; her sisters, Priscilla Flood of Ft. Wayne, IN and Portia Hughes of Richmond, IN; and her close friend Donna Clemens. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
