She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Shearer and Amanda Shearer (Riley); her brothers, Raymond and Ralph Shearer; and her husband Roy Thornhill.
She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Miles of Greenville; her grandchildren, Nathan, Brian Bunger of West Chester, Jacob and Erin Miles of Greenville; her sister-in-law Marilyn Shearer; her nieces and nephews, Douglas (Ann), Raymond Shearer of Las Vegas, Anne Clark of Concord, CA, Barbara Boniface (Jim) of Rathdrum, ID and Monique Shaugnessey (Larry) of Louisville, KY; and her close friends, Lori Miller of Greenville and Jim Hayes of Redmond, WA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
