She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Lowell Niswonger and Virgel "Marie" Niswonger (Hamilton); her husband Dr. Charles Richard Haworth; her daughter Tamara Neiswonger; her brothers, Robert Niswonger, Sr. and Kenneth Niswonger; and her sisters-in-law, Agnes Niswonger and Barbara Niswonger.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Beisner of Greenville; her son-in-law Ron Neiswonger of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Amee Rose (McCool), Stacie Robinson (Tony), Stuart Neiswonger (Natalie) and Kara Scott (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Chase Neiswonger, Camryn Neiswonger, Brooke Robinson, Luke Neiswonger, Rylee Rose, Audrey Scott, Reece Rose and Evan Scott. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
