Phipps of Greenville, Ohio, born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lyle O. Shively. She is survived by: her daughters, Felicia Imbrogno (Mark) of Morgantown and Sarah Phipps (Chris Hunter) of Charleston; and her brother Robert Shively of Troy. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
