She is survived by: her husband Chip Caldwell; her children, Matt, Tara Caldwell of Tipp City, Brock Caldwell, Sarah Stafford of Columbus, Megan and Ryan Delk of Greenville; her grandchildren, Griffin Caldwell, Rylan Caldwell, Seth Delk, Kale Delk and Ruby Delk; her brother Steve; her sister-in-law Francia Lantz of Candler; her sister Paula; and her brother-in-law Jack Weitz of Celina.
