He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Shuttleworth (Donna) of Villa Hills and Mark L. Shuttleworth (Jennifer) of Loveland; his stepchildren, Pamela Sowers (Jerry) of Piqua and Sandy Myers of Piqua; his grandchildren, Addison Shuttleworth and Daniel Shuttleworth; and his stepgrandchildren, Nanette Bell, Angela Finfrock, Brian Sowers and Jonathan Myers.
