She was predeceased by: her father Christopher Portemont; and her grandfathers, John Weyant and Billy Portemont. She is survived by: her mother Sarah Weyant (Hayes) of Greenville; her stepfather Jeff Weyant of Greenville; her siblings, Seth Portemont of Springfield, Garrett Kaiser of Greenville, Gavin Kaiser of Greenville, Keegan Portemont (Addisyn Pitman) of Arcanum, Blake Weyant of Greenville and Faith Weyant of Greenville; her nieces and nephews, Ava and Nikolai; her grandparents, Mike, Terri Hayes of Arcanum, Margory Weyant of Union City and Kathy Portemont of Gordon; and her aunts and uncles, Jason, Missy Portemont of Arcanum, Jeni and Swihart of Pitsburg.

Due to her love of animals, memorial contributions may be given to the Darke County Humane Society.
