He is survived by: his sisters, Reva Starrett of Xenia and Phyllis Hardy of Enon, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Marilyn Joerg (Bill), Bill Starrett (Patricia), Louise Beach (Dennis), Bill Hancock Jr. (Carol), Elaine Terrell (Mark), Steve Rhoades, Ted Rhoades, Leslie Howell, Dena Wulber (Dwight), Joel Mangas (Donna), Nick Lenhoff (Karen), Jamie Lenhoff (Karen), Steve Lenhoff and Missy Kemplin.
