It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lon V. Chaney of Greenville, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on October 5, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Emsley Chaney; his siblings, Carol of Maine, Ed Chaney, Don Chaney and Ray Chaney; and his nephews, Dale Chaney and Larry of Maine.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Magill; his sister Ann Bolyard (Bob) of Ontario; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Chaney of Ft. Laramie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation or the Heart Association.
