He is survived by: his children, Janette Mikesell (Dave) of New Madison, OH and Roger Miller (Joyce Swisher) of Versailles, OH; his granddaughters, Courtney Lephart (Brent) and Macie Shane (Rhodey); and his great grandchildren, Gracelynn, Annie, John, Pyper and Lainy.
