He is survived by: his mother Korene "Rae" Downey (Marshall) of Greenville; his son Dorin Downey; his stepdaughter Brie Monticue; and his siblings, Jerry (Angie Downey), Vaughn (Pam Downey), Allen Trish Downey and Cynthia Downey (Douglas Shepherd). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
