She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Oswalt and Janice Oswalt (Collins); and her husband Terry Moore. She is survived by: her children, Nathan, Julie Moore, Leslie and Ryan Crawford; her grandchildren, Ava Smith, Lana Moore, Keira Moore, Shaun Crawford and Hayden Crawford; her great grandchild Paisley Roberts; and her siblings, Beth and Tom. She is also survived by family members and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.
