She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer L. "Jim" Luedeke and Louise H. Luedeke-Wietholter (Packer); her husband Gary M. Henry; her siblings, Robert "Jim" Luedeke, John Luedeke and Becky Luedeke; her stepfather Clarence H. W. Wietholter; and her stepsiblings, Ron Wietholter and Karen Dunn.
She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Fogel (Albert "Skip") of Medina and Delores Kittel (Karl) of Houston. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
