He was predeceased by: his wife Gail Roach; his parents, Wilbur Isaac and Myrtle Olive Mack (Boomershine); and his brothers, Harold and Donald Mack.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Mack (Da), Ruth Warner (Jay) and Eldon Mack (Mary); his grandchildren, Ashley, Laura, Darren, Charles and Amalia; and his sisters-in-law, JoAnn Mack and Nancy Mack. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
