Jerry Hoffman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2021, at the age of 82, Jerry Hoffman in Greenville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Hoffman; his son David Hoffman; his stepbrother Mark; and his pet Kooper. He is survived by: his children, Dale Hoffman (Belinda), Diane Rowe (Mike), Judi Granato (Phil), Joan Tobias (Stephen) and Dan Healy (Johnna); his grandchildren, Michael Hoffman (Megan), Tiffany, Dwain, Kristin Rowe, Josh Rowe, Abby Granato, Chris Tobias, Tana May (Eric) and Heather Morris (Jared); and his stepsiblings, Alan and Sandy. He is also survived by several brothers/sisters-in-law, and numerous other relatives and friends.
