He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bowers and Marietta Bowers (Hecker); and his siblings, Carol Bowers and Richard Bowers. He is survived by: his sister Emiley Burke (Dean) of Ansonia; and his sister-in-law Janet Bowers of Greenville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Cancer Association of Darke County.
