He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne, Velma Wolfe and Viola Barnhardt. He is survived by: his wife Heidi; his daughter Cierra; his son-in-law Daniel Huelsman; his daughter Kelsey Wolfe (Mathew Clutter); his parents, Bill Wolfe and Janet Wolfe; his brother Dan; his siblings-in-law, Gina Wolfe, Carrie Sharp (Dave), Jackie Andrews and Jerry Coffield (Robin); and his daughters, Dr. Manish Sheth, Melissa Meyer, Jessica Gilbert and Jennifer Hammaker.
