She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Woolridge and Verna Mae Woolridge (Hobbs); and her husband Jack Dean Neff. She is survived by: her children, Dean Scott Neff of Greenville, Jerilene (Mark Sweitzer) and Jodi (Jimmy Besecker); her siblings, Joyce Koogler (Archie) of Covington, Ohio and Edman Woolridge (Barbara) of Virginia Beach, VA; her sisters-in-law, Veda Replinger and Marena Drew; and her aunt Sara Vanatta of Greenville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
It is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions be given to State of the Heart Hospice in Darke County.
