He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Sauer and Helen Sauer (Marshall); his siblings, Edward Sauer, John Sauer, Ann Kimm, Claire Sauer, Marie Geisel and Ruth Miller; and his children, Jim Sauer of Beachwood, Peg Hadden (Rich) of Greenville, Larry Sauer (Molly) of Stoughton, Greg Sauer (Sandi) of Maineville and Marie Short (Steve) of Beamsville. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
