He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Plessinger and Sara Plessinger (Wogoman); his former wife Darlene Plessinger; and his brother Joseph Plessinger. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Plessinger (Garland); and his children, Linda Plessinger of Greenville, Constance Shilt of Greenville, Kelly Clark (Jerry) of Greenville, Jeramie Stevens (Cindi) of Greenville and James Ryan Plessinger (Stacy) of Greenville. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the family recommends that face masks be worn.
Memorial contributions may be given, in memory of Jim, to the Darke County Humane Society.
