She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren G. Hawkins and Nellie Frances Hawkins; and her siblings, Roy Hawkins, Amos Hawkins, James Cunningham and Mary Hamilton.
She is survived by: her daughter Christie Hawkins (Nathaniel Palmieri); her grandsons, Nikki James Hawkins and Johnathan Jacob Hartman; her siblings, Claude Cunningham and Janie Parsons; and her close friend Paul "Rick" Anslinger. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
