He is survived by: his children, Howard Persinger, Paul (Shirley Persinger), Lenvil (Tammy Persinger), Patty McMichael, Bonnie (Brian McMichael) and Billie Jo Persinger; and his brother Harry "Babe" Persinger. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
