Holland of Greenville; his son Michael Holland (Marcia) of Cumming, Georgia; his granddaughter Cameron of Cumming; his sister Martha Roberts of Yorktown, Indiana; his nephew Bill Roberts; his nieces, Becky Smith and Amber Minch; his sister-in-law Donna Foley; and his friends, Don P. Kem of Muncie and Richard "Butch" Orr of Hartford City, Indiana..
