He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Burns and Virginia Burns (Dubbs); his son Daniel Burns; his siblings, Gary Burns and Sandra Horn (Burns); his father-in-law Charles Fisher; and his grandparents, Virgil and Faye Dubbs.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Burns (Fisher) of New Madison; his children, Jessica Burns of New Madison and Ian Burns of New Madison; his mother-in-law Rita Walters (Larry); his brother-in-law Jeff Fisher (Staci); his children, Anya and Aria; his sister-in-law Jill Jones (Fisher); and his children, Elizabeth (Kevin) and Hunter Jones (Alexa).
In accordance with Covid 19 protocols, facial coverings will be required for anyone attending the visitation or services.
