He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neff and Dora Neff (Deaton); and his brothers, Harold Neff (Marie), Carl Neff (Normalee) and Donald Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Neff (Fisher); his son Brian Neff (Patty) of Celina, Ohio; his granddaughters, Mandy Rismiller (Matt) of Greenville and Megan Shuff (Kyle) of Greenville; his great grandchildren, Mason, Maven Rismiller, Lillian and Henry Shuff; his sister-in-law Gladys Neff of Greenville; and his nieces and nephews, Connie Clark, Steve Neff (Ruth Ann), Carla Hummel (Gary), Paul Neff (Vickie), Sarah Graves (Perry), Dean Neff (Jody), Dian Bulcher (Eric), Beth Wells (Dennis) and Kelly Byrum (Janel). He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
