He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Oliver and Inez L. Roll (Howell); his wife Helen D. Oliver (Brenner); his daughter Faye Henninger; and his siblings, Bruce Oliver and Joanne Hake.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Henninger of Greenville, Richard and Kim Oliver of Union City, Ohio. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
