He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Jay and Ethel Mae Jay (Baumgardner); and his siblings, Lloyd, Carl, Raymond, Bill Jay, Betty Weider (Paul) and Evelyn Warner (Bill).
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Mary Esther Jay and Norma Jay. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
