He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Cain and Fidebell Cain; his parents-in-law, Jack and Janice Oswalt; and his grandson Braylon Cain.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Cain (Oswalt); his children, Matthew Cain (Chasity) and Leah Shepherd (Ben); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Hunter Cain, Valerie and Ezekiel Shepherd; his brother Roy; his sister-in-law Marilyn Cain; and his nephews, Rick (Chelsea) and Doug Cain (Danette). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
