He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland J. Myers and Mary L. Myers (Landis); his grandson Travis Anders; and his siblings, Roland J. Myers Jr., Keith Alfred Myers, Charles Edward Myers, Marilyn Printz and Darlene Mae Myers.
He is survived by: his children, Gary L. Myers of Dayton, Tammy Avalos of Greenville and Melissa Sparks (James) of Florida; his grandchildren, Jessica Rayburn (Steven), Jennifer Vance (Dustin), Phillip Anders, Tawny Wehrley (Travis), Cody Myers and Matthew Myers; his great grandchildren, Cecelia Anders, Pierce Anders, Lilly Anders, Ashley Nevels, Austin Nevels, Kaleb Flatter, Jacob Rayburn, Marcus Rayburn, Lauren Pergram and Lilly Myers; and his sister Connie Humphreys (Keith) of Conover. He is also survived by dog "8 Ball" as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
