He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Myers and Anna M. Myers (Limerick); and his siblings, Earl Runge (Geneva), Gene Runge (Charlotte), Mildred Anderson (Paul) and Paul Myers (Violet).
He is survived by: his wife Effie Myers (Mahaffy); his children, Robyn Whitaker (Jeff) of Greenville, Fawn Couch (David) of Piqua and Scott Myers (Mary) of Fairborn, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Garrett Johnson (Allison) of Lawrence Kansas, Jordan Johnson (Jamie), Daren Johnson (Stephanie) of Wichita, Kelly Calicoat of Dayton, Andrew Johnson (Jenita) of Kettering, Jacob Wright of Atlanta, Georgia, Anna Bryant (Kyle) of Piqua, Joshua Myers of Fairborn, Sarah Mozingo (Donald) of Bellbrook and Caleb Myers (Echo) of Guernsey, Wyoming. He is also survived by his 17 great grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a celebration of life and burial will take place at a later date.
