She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert S. Steele and Caroline A. Steele (Neff); her former husband Robert Weng; her husband Donald L. Powell; and her son Robert Weng, Jr. (Bob).
She is survived by: her daughter Canda Weng of Augusta; her grandchildren, Daniel, Elizabeth, Matthew, Ryan, Robby, Kaitlyn and Kristyn; her sister Betty White of Dayton; her niece Barbie Jo Dodd; her stepchildren, Bethany Carres (Jim) of The Villages, Donna Beam (Tom) of Zanesfield, Stuart Powell of Rotonda West and Mark Powell of Greenville; her grandchildren, Heather Coby (Greg), Justin Powell, Adrienne Longfellow (Eric) and Brandon Powell; and her friends, Jim, Audrey Pevonka, Midge Byrd, Ron, Jean Wolter, Bill and Nancy Warner. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
