He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Leis; and his brother Duane Leis. He is survived by: his wife Donna Leis (Vaughn); his children, Cynnema Petry (Jeff) of Hollansburg, Cherie Allen (Gary) of Virginia Beach and Shannon Pomeranz (David) of Geneva, Switzerland; his grandchildren, Jazzlyn, Baylee, Maria Petry, Madeline Allen and Chloe Pomeranz; his siblings, Donald Leis (Barb) of Greenville and Sharon Hollinger (Tom) of New Madison, Ohio; and his sister-in-law Kay Leis of Greenville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
