He was predeceased by: his father Edward John Downey. He is survived by: his children, Lynell (Josh Thobe), Billy Downey (Brooke Willoughby) of Piqua, Sierra (Earl Cordule) and Carl (Carol Downey); his grandchildren, Aragorn Downey, Selena Downey, Sydney Cordule, Brittani Cordule, Laura Downey and Ashley Downey; and his brother Robert Thomas of Yakima, Washington.. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
