He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon C. Mader and Janet D. Mader (Grice); his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Mader, Louis Mader and Wanda Marchal; his niece Kelly Dean; his nephew Gary "Bear" Marchal, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Marchal, Sr. and Rick Dean.
He is survived by: his siblings, Anthony "Tony" Mader, Teresa Mader, Marie Dean, Angela Mader and Steve Mader; his close friend Charmagne "Sharky" Brock; and his friends, Mark Singer and Jeff Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members & friends.
If desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Children Research fund or the Darke County Humane Society.
