She is survived by: her daughter Kristina Burk (Andy) of Richmond, Indiana; her grandchildren, Caden, Drennen Phenis, Aidan, Isabella and Josiah Burk; her sisters, Debbie Anthony (Jeff) of Greenville and Becky Thompson of Richmond; her stepmother Judy Cox of Richmond; her niece Ami Anthony; her nephews, Shaun Anthony and Tim Thompson (Brooke); and her great-niece Charolette Thompson.
