She was predeceased by: her father Harold R. Apple; her brother Christopher Apple; and her father-in-law Eugene Weyrick. She is survived by: her mother Carol Jane Apple (Booher) of Versailles; her husband Michael Weyrick; her children, Janell Weyrick of Greenville, Laura Weyrick of Indianapolis and Bryant Weyrick of Denver, Colorado; her siblings, Richard "Rick" Apple (Michele) of Versailles, Jill Kuntzman (Tom) of Columbus and Beth Subler (Scott) of Versailles; her sisters-in-law, Candace Apple of Versailles and Sharon Harris of Huber Heights, Ohio; and her mother-in-law Emma Weyrick of Greenville.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages others to do an act of kindness in memory of Denise.
